Consequences if data is not supplied

In the case of prospective customers:
Contractual relationships cannot be established without this data.

In the case of customers:
Processing data as a consequence of voluntary consent (data capture questionnaire) has no effect on contractual fulfilment. But not processing it would mean less convenience. All other data is captured and processed as part of fulfilling the contract. The contract cannot be fulfilled without that data.

In the case of suppliers:
Processing data as a consequence of voluntary consent has no effect on contractual fulfilment. All other data is captured and processed as part of fulfilling the contract. The contract cannot be awarded to you without that data.

Right of appeal

Everyone affected by data processing has the right to appeal to their country’s data protection regulator or the regulator responsible for the organisation processing their data.
